Refund & Return Policy
At GreenBridge, we take great care in packaging and delivering every plant and product. However, if you receive a damaged, dead, or incorrect item, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product must be shared on WhatsApp: +91 8050087595
- Products must be in their original packaging
What We Cover
- Plants that arrive dead or severely damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items from your order
What We Don't Cover
- Natural leaf drop or minor yellowing due to transit stress (this is normal and plants recover)
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper care
- Change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer
- Pots, soil, and accessories once used or opened
Refund Process
- Once your claim is approved, we will either replace the product or issue a store credit within 3–5 business days
- Cash refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method
