Refund & Return Policy

At GreenBridge, we take great care in packaging and delivering every plant and product. However, if you receive a damaged, dead, or incorrect item, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product must be shared on WhatsApp: +91 8050087595
  • Products must be in their original packaging

What We Cover

  • Plants that arrive dead or severely damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items from your order

What We Don't Cover

  • Natural leaf drop or minor yellowing due to transit stress (this is normal and plants recover)
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper care
  • Change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Pots, soil, and accessories once used or opened

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will either replace the product or issue a store credit within 3–5 business days
  • Cash refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method
